We are an authorized partner providing access to LoadUp’s booking system for your convenience. All bookings made through the embedded/linked booking tool are subject to the Platform’s terms, including LoadUp’s Terms of Service.

LoadUp is a technology and logistics platform that connects customers with independent service providers for junk removal, donation pickup, hauling, and related services.
LoadUp does not own or operate this Website and is not responsible for any content, statements, representations, or information provided on this site. All bookings made through this Website are subject to LoadUp’s Terms of Service. LoadUp is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors on this Website. Digital Non-Agency LLC is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and operation of this Website.
By using the booking experience (the “Platform”) to request services, you agree to these Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference into our Website Terms of Use. Capitalized terms (such as “Website,” “Platform,” and “Providers”) have the same meaning across these documents.
1. Definitions
- Platform: The third-party booking, payment, and logistics system embedded on, or linked from, our Website.
- Provider: An independent contractor who performs donation pickup, hauling, or related services arranged through the Platform.
- Bulky: Digital Non-Agency LLC, which operates the Website and partners with the Platform but does not provide field services.
2. Platform Governance & External Terms

3. Scope of Services
The Platform facilitates quotes, booking, payment processing, and assignment to Providers. Bulky does not provide hauling, donation, or disposal services, and does not set or guarantee availability, timelines, or outcomes for any service.
4. Provider Relationship
Providers are independent contractors. Bulky does not employ, train, supervise, insure, or control Providers and does not guarantee their performance. Providers may accept or decline jobs at their discretion. Any questions or claims about service quality, timing, property condition, damages, or refunds must be handled under the Platform’s terms and processes.
5. Donation, Recycling & Disposal
Providers are encouraged to donate or recycle items when feasible; however, donation is not guaranteed. Acceptance depends on item condition, safety, local facility availability, charity rules, and other factors. 6. Donation Receipts
If items are successfully donated, a receipt may be available upon request from the receiving charity. Receipts cannot be guaranteed and are subject to the charity’s policies and the Provider’s ability to deliver to a qualified charity. Neither Bulky nor the Platform guarantees the issuance or tax acceptability of receipts.
7. Booking, Pricing, Cancellations & Claims
All administrative details (including quotes, pricing adjustments, service windows, reschedules/cancellations, attempt fees, refunds, and claim notice windows) are governed exclusively by the Platform’s terms and policies. Please review the Platform’s terms before booking: LoadUp Terms of Service.
8. Limitations of Liability (Services)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulky disclaims liability for any acts or omissions of Providers or the Platform. Any liability claims relating to services must be directed to the Platform and/or the Provider in accordance with their terms. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Platform’s terms or applicable law.
9. Dispute Resolution (Services)
Disputes arising from or related to bookings, payments, or services are subject to the Platform’s dispute resolution processes, which may include arbitration, class-action waiver, and jury waiver provisions. Disputes limited solely to Website use are addressed in our Website Terms & Conditions.
10. Service Communications
The Platform and/or Providers may contact you (e.g., email, text, or phone) to coordinate services in accordance with the Platform’s terms and applicable law. Message/data rates may apply. Manage opt-outs using the instructions provided by the sender.
11. Third-Party Content & Links
Service-related content accessed via links on our Website (including the Platform) is operated by third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party sites, and your use is subject to their terms and policies.
