We do not offer free donation pickup. Instead, we provide an affordable full-service option that includes professional hauling, transport, and responsible donation or disposal of your items. Pricing is shown upfront when you book.
We know your time is valuable! That’s why we make scheduling your donation pickup quick and flexible. You can schedule a same-day pickup when you book before 12 PM, or a next-day pickup anytime after. You can schedule as up to 90 days in advance, right from our online booking form.
You can book a donation pickup online in just a few steps. Enter your zip code, select your items to get an instant upfront price, choose a pickup date and time, and complete your booking. Same-day, next-day, and advance scheduling options are available.
For safety reasons, Bulky Donations does not accept items with active bed bug infestations, including mattresses, furniture, or other household items. If an item previously had bed bugs, we require written proof from a licensed exterminator confirming the infestation has been fully treated. Items found to be infested at pickup may result in cancellation without refund.
Your donation pickup is completed by a trusted, independent local Provider from our nationwide network. These background-checked professionals bring their own trucks, tools, and experience, and your booking helps support local jobs while keeping usable items out of landfills.
You don’t need to be home if you choose curbside pickup and place your items outside in an accessible location. If you select full-service, in-home pickup, you’ll need to be present so your Provider can safely remove items from inside your home.
Stairs require additional time and physical effort to safely move bulky items. Including stair access during booking helps ensure your pickup is planned accurately and priced upfront without surprises.
