Yes. Bulky Donations can remove damaged or heavily worn items, but those items may not be accepted for donation. When donation isn’t possible, we prioritize recycling when available and use proper disposal as a last resort.
For safety reasons, Bulky Donations does not accept items with active bed bug infestations, including mattresses, furniture, or other household items. If an item previously had bed bugs, we require written proof from a licensed exterminator confirming the infestation has been fully treated. Items found to be infested at pickup may result in cancellation without refund.
